The Golden Lining
We’ve all heard of the silver lining. It’s the moment when we emphasize the hopeful side of a situation, that might seem gloomy on the surface. “The positive side” of things if you will.
Well, we do live in a world of duality (meaning there would be no right, if there were not a left, no up if there was not a down etc.) so of course there is always a silver lining in every situation. And here in the community of ASH (A Spiritual Hand) it’s our intention to keep our attention turned to that silver lining.
But then there’s the Golden lining. The space between the negative and the positive – the unwavering truth where duality does not exist.
The space where there is only good.
Many labels have been given to this “space”. God, Yahweh, Universe, Source, Allah etc etc. Scientists may call it the dark matter. (The only thing left in the Universe that is still eons away from them ever being able to begin to explain.)
But the truth is, it isn’t dark. It is the Light. The Golden Light that flows through everything and every being… there is no place that it is not. And it’s the common respect and deep seeded knowing of the Golden lining that is my favorite part about ASH.
There’s no judgement or even discussion about who knows more of “the truth about God” than anyone else around here. There’s no competition. No comparison. Nothing.
We all live in the Light, and whatever that means to you… is whatever that means to you. That’s it. We are not here to convert or sway opinions. ASH is here as a place for lightworkers to gather, and to be a beacon for when our sisters and brothers have taken a turn into the darkness.
For most of us, the reason that we can live in the Light so joyous and free, is because of the time spent in the dark with our souls. So that space doesn’t scare us either.
We can meet you there.
Sit with you there.
Again without judgement. And hold space for you there.
Knowing that light is the only thing that can drown out the darkness.
And all that happens in due time. Not ours.
So know that this is a good place for you. To expand, grow and dive into the unknown infinite sea of spirituality.
